Location: Lisle, IL
Pay Range: $24-26/hour

Role Overview: Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for an Accounts Payable Coordinator. Our client located in Lisle, IL is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a Contract basis. They are seeking a reliable individual that can thrive in a fast paced environment with strong Microsoft Excel skills. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately!

Our client located in Lisle, IL is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a Contract basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly check runs and navigate customer portals
- Reconciles invoice balances weekly, 50 per week
- Researches and posts bank adjustments (credit or debit)
- Posts to GL Accounts other than cash clearing GL account
- Downloads all back up from bank websites (BOA)
- Research and resolve any payment discrepancies
- Fills out Remote Deposit (Bank of America) access forms
- Reliable, need someone that will commit to showing up every day
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
- Tech savvy and able to pick up large ERP
- Excel: Create v-lookups and maneuver through pivot tables
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to pick up new processes
