Full Charge Bookkeeper
Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Coral Gables, FL (On-site)
Job Type: Contract (Full-Time Hours)
About the Role:
A well-established and growing financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper / Junior Staff Accountant to provide day-to-day accounting support on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic environment and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily accounting tasks to support internal finance operations

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process and reconcile corporate credit card transactions

Assist with monthly financial reporting and statement analysis

Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks
-
Support in reconciling held-away accounts

Ensure accuracy of financial data and documentation
Requirements:

1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

Solid understanding of balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger activity

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Prior experience in financial services or professional services a plus
Compensation:
-
$20–$25/hour, depending on experience
