As the Senior Director of Treasury, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping treasury strategies, managing cash flow, and mitigating financial risks. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will optimize the organization’s capital structure, oversee investments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in strengthening the financial health of a dynamic and innovative company.

• Design and implement comprehensive treasury strategies aligned with the organization’s financial objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure treasury initiatives support growth and optimize financial resources.
• Oversee cash management, including forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital optimization.
• Manage cash flow to meet operational needs and strategic investment goals.
• Optimize capital structure by balancing debt, equity, and other financial instruments to reduce costs and enhance value.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risks.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term investment strategies to maximize returns while managing risk.
• Oversee debt-related activities such as refinancing, issuance, and covenant compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and opportunities.
• Evaluate and implement treasury technology solutions to improve efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Lead and develop the treasury team, including hiring, performance appraisals, and ongoing coaching.

• Experience: 10+ years in corporate treasury, banking, or financial services, with proven management experience.
• Education: MBA or advanced degree in finance; CTP certification preferred.
