Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL (onsite)
Pay Range: $24-26/hr
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) 

Role Overview:
Brilliant Financial Staffing has been engaged in the search for a Customer Service Representative for our client in the manufacturing industry. The Customer Service Representative will be brought in on a temporary basis, with the potential to convert to a permanent employee. This role is fully onsite in their Buffalo Grove office and reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

• This individual will be focused on the client’s retail portfolio
• Entering orders, inputting them into the system and sending orders to shipping
• Answering customer inquiries and providing information when needed
• Reaching out to customers or salespeople when needed
• Going into customer portal systems to take orders and sync to client’s ERP to create the order process

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of customer service experience OR bachelor's degree
• Experience with EDI preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Good verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
