Senior Manager, Finance Operations | Hybrid
$140,000 to $160,000 + Bonus

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Operations to take the lead in shaping financial strategies, optimizing performance, and driving excellence across domestic and international manufacturing operations. This high-profile role is perfect for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to influence the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on cost accounting principles to ensure consistency across all manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Inventory Management teams to deliver actionable insights on manufacturing variances, gross margins, and excess/obsolete inventory.
  • Partner with the VP of Operations to craft and execute a manufacturing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Standardize and elevate KPI analysis and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly financial results to senior leadership, offering clear insights and recommendations.
  • Spearhead cost management initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost reductions and operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee forecasting and budgeting processes for manufacturing facilities and operational overhead departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of accounting/finance experience, with at least 2 years in management roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in U.S. GAAP and cost accounting.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is essential.
  • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic planning.
