$65,000-$70,000 plus annual bonus

Are you a marketing professional with 2+ years of experience in a real estate brokerage environment? Looking to take your career to the next level with a globally recognized luxury brand? We’re seeking a Marketing & Transaction Coordinator to join a leading real estate brokerage in Chicago. This hybrid role (3 days in-office) offers the opportunity to support top-producing brokers while leveraging your marketing and administrative expertise.

Responsibilities:

•    Manage marketing and advertising schedules, execute media plans, and support social media efforts.

•    Assist brokers with contracts, disclosures, and agreements via DocuSign & SKYSLOPE.

•    Schedule buyer tours, prepare listing presentations, and maintain contact databases

•    Utilize MLS systems, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel to support brokers effectively.

Requirements:

•    2+ years of real estate brokerage marketing experience (MLS knowledge is a MUST).

•    Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

•    Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).

•    Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for real estate marketing.
