About the Job
As the Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis and forecasting. This position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and contribute to the long-term success or the organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance and trend analyses, and financial review documents.
- Develop complex financial modeling, proformas and other analysis in excel with attention to detail.
- Partner with Operations to prepare financial forecast and forward looking/predictive metrics.
- Responsible for inventory AP, reconciliations, accuracy, and reporting.
- Responsible for monthly inventory cycle count and inventory adjustment review.
- Partner with Accounting/Finance team to provide support during monthly closing process.
- Communicate effectively across the organization to explain results, highlight opportunities and risk to management.
- Identify opportunities and propose new solutions to improve business performance.
- Assist with audit and tax reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
