The Corporate Accounting Manager will lead the accounting team, oversee financial close processes, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in corporate accounting within a manufacturing setting (without cost accounting responsibilities).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee general ledger activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and professional development.
• Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Implement and improve internal controls to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.
• Assist with ERP system upgrades and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate accounting principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar).
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
