Are you a results-driven accounting professional ready to step into a leadership role with a fast-growing, globally operating company? Our client, a leading furniture manufacturer, is searching for a Controller to manage their U.S. operations and drive continued growth.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, providing actionable financial insights and recommendations on operations and strategy.
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, cash flow, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budget management.
- Manage financial operations, including A/R, A/P, cash flow, and cost accounting.
- Partner with the General Manager and CFO to align financial strategies with business growth and operational goals.
- Develop and mentor a global team, driving process improvements and fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or operations accounting environment.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, cost accounting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP implementation a plus).
- Proven ability to "walk the f
- loor," understand the business drivers, and improve processes.
- A hands-on, action-oriented leader who can balance strategic vision with operational execution.
